Marina and Fishermen’s Village
A unique spot in Los Gigantes where nautical life, relaxation, and the essence of the Canary Islands come together by the sea
Located at the foot of the spectacular Los Gigantes Cliffs, this marina is a key reference point for navigation in southwest Tenerife. It brings together nautical services, sea activities, and close proximity to one of the area’s most iconic complexes: the Fishermen’s Village, which offers accommodation with an authentic local flavor.
THE MARINA
Sail alongside Tenerife’s most impressive cliffs.
Located on the west side of the island, Marina Los Gigantes offers 368 berths with fresh water, electricity, a service station, travelift, and mechanical assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can moorings be booked by the day or only for long periods?
We offer moorings for both short stays (boats passing through or stopping off) and long-term stays, depending on the length and beam of your boat. Please bear in mind that the harbour is usually full, so your stay cannot be guaranteed and will always depend on whether there are any free moorings available on the dates you require. We therefore recommend that you contact us and book as far in advance as possible, either at reservas@puertolosgigantes.com or via VHF Channel 9.
What is the fishing village of Los Gigantes?
El Poblado Marinero is the service area of Los Gigantes Marina: a complex of buildings in the traditional Canarian style situated next to the jetties and just a short walk from the beach, housing both residential properties and commercial premises. It is possible to stay in some of its flats, although this accommodation is managed by third parties rather than by the marina itself.
Is there a car park near Los Gigantes Marina?
Yes. The port has its own car park, which is open to the public and operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, next to the jetties. It tends to fill up during the high season, so we recommend arriving in good time.
Can a love spell be cast at the Marina?
Yes. What is transferred is not ownership of the mooring — which forms part of the port’s public domain — but the right to preferential, though not exclusive, use and enjoyment of the berth for the duration of the concession. The transaction is formalised between the parties and, to be fully effective, must be notified to the Port Authority and entered in the Register of Berths, provided the holder is up to date with their fees. Contact us and we’ll explain the steps and requirements.
What is the maximum draught permitted in the marina?
The draught and available mooring sizes vary depending on the area of the harbour. We strongly recommend that, before booking, you provide us with the details and specifications of your boat (length, beam and draught), so that we can confirm availability and the most suitable mooring. You can do this at info@puertolosgigantes.com, by telephone on 822 199 996 or via VHF Channel 9.
