Cancellations:
- If the activity is canceled due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or be offered an alternative date and/or route.
- No refund will be made for cancellations within 24 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund.
- On the day of the activity, a 15-minute courtesy wait will apply. If you arrive later, no refund will be issued and the booking cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another route. Please, be on time.
What will you do?
- Paddle your kayak beneath the impressive Los Gigantes Cliffs, rising up to 600 meters high.
- Navigate through a protected natural area, home to seabirds and endemic flora.
- Swim and snorkel in a crystal-clear cove with volcanic seabeds.
- Observe local marine life such as parrotfish, wrasses, salemas, trumpetfish, and stingrays.
- Use tandem beginner kayaks — stable, comfortable, and easy to handle. (Children must sit in the middle of the kayak, between two adults.)
- Be accompanied at all times by a support boat for greater safety.
- Enjoy the guidance of experienced instructors who will ensure a fun and safe adventure.
Our company is located at the Los Gigantes Marina.
To reach Los Gigantes, you have several transport options:
- By car:
You can use your GPS and search for “Puerto Deportivo Los Gigantes”.
We recommend arriving early, as parking in Los Gigantes can be difficult. The marina has a public paid parking area, but it tends to fill up quickly.
- From Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, or La Laguna, plan to leave 2 hours before your activity.
- From Los Cristianos, Las Américas, or Costa Adeje, 90 minutes in advance should be enough.
- By public bus:
From the north, take line 325 from Puerto de la Cruz.
From the south, take line 473 or 477 from Las Américas or Los Cristianos.

Please note that while the kayaking route can usually be done without issue, the snorkeling activity depends on sea conditions such as swell and waves. Our instructors will decide on-site whether it can be safely carried out that day.
To take part in our water activities, it is essential to know how to swim and to be in good physical and mental condition.We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings taken on the kayak.
