Cancellations
- Free cancellation: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be issued.
- No-show: No refund will be issued if you do not show up at the scheduled time.
- Weather conditions: If the activity is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
What Will You Do?
- Preparation and welcome: We will welcome you at our Los Gigantes Blue shop in Los Gigantes Harbor, where you’ll receive a brief briefing on how to operate the jet ski and use the safety equipment.
- Start of the adventure: We’ll depart from the harbor and begin cruising along the coast, feeling the speed and the sea breeze. Our guide will share interesting facts throughout the journey.
- Cruising alongside the cliffs: We’ll reach the impressive Los Gigantes Cliffs, a volcanic rock wall rising up to 600 meters above the sea. There will be time to admire their grandeur and take spectacular photos.
- Exploring the coast: We’ll continue our safari toward Punta de Teno, discovering hidden coves and the rich marine life of the Teno–Rasca Special Area of Conservation. On the way back, we may stop for a refreshing swim in the area’s crystal-clear waters.
- Return to the harbor: After one hour of pure excitement, we’ll return to Los Gigantes Harbor, where you can share your experience.
- Our company is located at Los Gigantes Marina.
- There are several transportation options to reach Los Gigantes.
- By car:
- You can use your GPS and search for “Puerto Deportivo Los Gigantes.” We recommend arriving well in advance, as parking in Los Gigantes can be difficult. The marina has a paid public parking lot, but it often fills up quickly.
- If you are coming from Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, or La Laguna, please allow at least 2 hours before the activity start time.
- If you are coming from Los Cristianos, Las Américas, or Costa Adeje, 90 minutes in advance should be sufficient.
- By public bus:
- From the north, you can take line 325 from Puerto de la Cruz.
- From the south, you can take lines 473 or 477 from Las Américas or Los Cristianos.
You can check schedules on the TITSA website. - A valid ID or passport is mandatory.
- Recommended arrival time: 30 minutes before the activity starts.
- Restrictions:
- Minimum height: 1.35 m
- Maximum weight per jet ski: 200 kg
- Basic swimming skills are required.
- Not recommended for:
- Pregnant women
- People with heart, cardiovascular, back problems, or recent injuries
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not Allowed:
- Reckless driving or failure to follow the guide’s instructions
- Use of personal cameras while driving, for safety reasons
- Throwing any kind of waste into the sea
