Cancellations:
- Bookings are valid only for the date and time indicated.
Any change requested by the customer must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a change of date, and no refund will be issued. - We reserve the right to cancel the tour in advance due to weather conditions or any other reason that may affect passenger safety. In this case, you may choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
- Minimum occupancy required: if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the booking may be canceled and an alternative date or a refund will be offered.
- No refunds will be issued in case of missing the boat due to late arrival. A 5-minute courtesy wait will be granted.
What will you do?
- Embark from Los Gigantes Marina for a 3-hour sailing adventure.
- Cruise along the Los Gigantes coastline towards La Gomera.
- Spot marine wildlife along the way, including whales and dolphins.

- Admire the majestic Los Gigantes Cliffs from the sea.
- Stop for a swim and snorkeling near the cliffs.
Our company is located at the Los Gigantes Marina.
To reach Los Gigantes, you have several transport options:
- By car:
You can use your GPS and search for “Puerto Deportivo Los Gigantes”.
We recommend arriving early, as parking in Los Gigantes can be difficult. The marina has a public paid parking area, but it tends to fill up quickly.
- From Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, or La Laguna, plan to leave 2 hours before your activity.
- From Los Cristianos, Las Américas, or Costa Adeje, 90 minutes in advance should be enough.
- By public bus:
From the north, take line 325 from Puerto de la Cruz.
From the south, take line 473 or 477 from Las Américas or Los Cristianos.

Please note that while the kayaking route can usually be done without issue, the snorkeling activity depends on sea conditions such as swell and waves. Our instructors will decide on-site whether it can be safely carried out that day.
To take part in our water activities, it is essential to know how to swim and to be in good physical and mental condition.We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings taken on the kayak.
